The Thai Kitchen products for me are usually a cut above the other Thai shelf products, and the green curry paste is no exception. I use this mostly for preparing Thai chicken sate with peanut sauce. One caveat though is that it is very spicy, and often the recipies call for a quantity that will be overwhelming once the dish is served. I recommend using the green curry paste sparingly the first go-around until you know how much you really want to use.
