I ordered this grill 1 month before Christmas for my Husband. They then contacted me 1 week prior to Christmas telling me it was no longer in stock!!! May be a great grill, but i will never know. I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service from True Value!!!!

I'm trying to determine the quality of the materials that go into what looks to be a great grill. Does anyone know what grade of stainless they use? Good quality 304 stainless will be non-magnetic while the inferior 430 stainless will be magnetic and not as corrosion resistant as 304.
Thanks to anyone who has the answer.
I will give it a 3 star rate until I know more.

You have found the best `value' grill available; in my opinion. This grill flat-out grills and it looks great! Sure it doesn't have the `all' stainless look but it sure does look a lot better than other grills at price.
I was looking at grills from $300 to $1,000 and settled on this one due to the reviews I have read. The stainless is high quality (magnets don't stick) and assembly was straightforward. I was surprised during the assembly process that EVERYTHING lined up perfect no jarring, binding or bending!! Only time will tell if this grill holds up over the years but it sure does seem like a high quality grill for the money! It gets to 550 degrees in 7 minutes and cooks evenly over the entire grilling surface.
I would recommend this grill to anyone who wants a great grill but doesn't want to spend more than $500. Also, the smoker tray provides a great taste when cooking that great steak!!!

Love the grill. The grill arrived ahead of schedule and was easy to assemble. We broke it in by rotising a Prime Rib for Christmas which turned out perfectly. Great grill, good price, easy to recommend.

This grill works great even in windy conditions. It cooks food evenly without hot spots and retains heat very well. The rotisserie leaves meat tender and juicy. If you judge a grill on how well it cooks, then this is a great grill. You could spend a lot more and not get a better grill. Watch out, the side tray can get hot during cooking and I would recommend getting the cover to keep it clean and looking nice.
