I expected a variety of bisquettes, as shown in the picture. Oak, Pecan,Apple, etc. But it just one type of special blend, whatever that is! When I order something I just expect things to be as represented.
Great For Chicken August 1, 2008 Kelly Kirby (Yorba Linda, Ca) If you like to smoke poultry, the apple bisquettes make your poultry delicious (light, sweet flavor).
Excellent source of smoke June 20, 2008 R. Sanches (North East, MD USA) Used it with my new smoker and the food turned out great. I just need to work on my smoking skills. I might have smoked it for too long the first time. Great item and produces great smoke!

The hickory is great, a classic with pork. I might use apple for pork chops, but I'm definitely a fan of hickory with ribs or pulled pork. Just check the price, since sometimes the per-bisquette price is actually higher with the 120 pack than with the far more convenient 48 pack size.
Love that smoked chicken! July 23, 2007 J. Scott (Southeast Arkansas) The large pack is a great plus because you'll want to smoke a lot. This Pecan is a favorite of mine because it is very flavorful, yet milder than its loud cousin Hickory. This makes it ideal for poultry, where the stronger smokes can overwhelm the flavor of the meat. The Bisquettes provide a good heavy smoke in conjunction with the bradley smoker without bitterness. Smoke a lot and put some in the freezer for a quick meal later.Bradley Original Smoker, Black
